Simple DIY – Repurposed Deco

Simple DIY – Repurposed Decor   DO YOU REPURPOSE OR DO YOU JUST TOSS?   A little bit of money, a little bit of time and a little bit of ingenuity… I’ve added a few little things to welcome fall into my home. Fall Porch DIY Decor

A local farm was selling pumpkins for $2.00, so I bought 3 to use on my porch. There’s something very satisfying about supporting local businesses.  For my fall porch deco I used my funky candle holder, a basket I found at Goodwill for $1.99 (I painted the sign with chalkboard paint), and a mum plant I bought on clearance at Walmart for $3.99. I added some of my other diy projects and some fall finery from our yard. I’ll let the pictures do the talking.   Easy project – spray paint an old banged up watering can!   Click here to see more fall decorating projects on my Pinterest board.     What’s on your deck?

Recently he won an auction that had 3 old chairs – dusty grimy old chairs that would only be valuable to someone wanting to have a bon fire… or a DH DIYer (die hard do it … Read more
